The Ohio State University
American Religious Sounds Project
As UX/UI Designer for The Ohio State University’s American Religious Sounds Project (ARSP), I designed an interactive platform to visualize complex, graph-based datasets showcasing the sounds of American religious life. My role involved conducting user research, developing user personas, and designing wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and a flexible control strip UI that allowed users to filter, toggle, and reposition elements in real time. This innovative control system, featuring collapsible filters and draggable functionality, became a key highlight of the project, receiving acclaim from stakeholders for its usability and intuitive design.
I served as the Senior UX Designer on this project, leading the user experience strategy and design.
