I provided UX/UI design for a multi-functional intranet portal featuring an overview of cloud-based offerings, a documentation hub for migration guidance, and a support center with role-based tutorials, training, community forums, and a priority-based help desk system.

Nationwide embarked on a cloud migration initiative, aiming to streamline access to its vast array of products, services, and technologies. I designed a multi-functional intranet portal that provided a comprehensive overview of new cloud-based offerings, a centralized documentation hub for migration guidance, and a dedicated support center featuring role-based tutorials, guided training, community forums via RocketChat and AnswerHub, and a priority-based help desk system.
I served as the Senior UX Designer on this project, leading the user experience strategy and design.
